Founder and Principal

Hi, I’m Marie.

I founded Wexford as an antidote to traditional consulting. My clients don’t need more strategy—they need execution. Most companies already know what needs to be done; they just need a trusted partner to help make it happen. That’s where I come in. Drawing on deep expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, business process improvement, and organizational change, I help organizations transform inefficiencies into opportunities.

Before launching Wexford, I held senior roles at Hartman Executive Advisors and T. Rowe Price, where I spearheaded high-impact transformation initiatives. At Hartman, I managed a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits, leading projects such as a government agency’s statewide case management system implementation and the rollout of an enterprise HR system across 25 senior living communities in 11 states. I handled everything—from writing the RFP and system selection to post-go-live benefits realization.

At T. Rowe Price, I was a founding member of the Business Process Improvement Practice and led the training program for the firm’s Agile transformation. In my role as Vice President and senior program manager in the EPMO, I was selected to lead “Lean Management”, a strategic initiative that rolled out Lean Six Sigma operations across a 2,000-person business division. I also served as chair of the firm’s Women’s Network.

I have successfully guided organizations across industries—finance, technology, healthcare, and government—through complex initiatives such as PMO overhauls, workflow redesigns, and enterprise system implementations. Beyond consulting, I’m an active community leader, volunteering for organizations that support women, families, and education. A graduate of McGill University, I bring a global perspective and a passion for driving progress through collaboration and hands-on problem-solving.

I’ve lived in Quebec, Connecticut, Texas, and Georgia, before settling in Maryland 15 years ago. My husband and I share seven children (our newest arrived in 2024), and believe it or not, we still make time for tennis, camping, and travel. After a 20-year break, I've recently started horseback riding again with my two-year-old son.

Hello, I’m Dafna.

I’m a product leader with 15+ years of experience driving digital transformation, optimizing SaaS operations, and leading cross-functional teams. I’ve helped Fortune 500 companies streamline workflows, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance product value through strategic integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, and AI-powered reporting tools. Whether leading teams through mergers and acquisitions, scaling SaaS business models, or implementing data-driven solutions, I thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and efficiency.

After years of leading product and program initiatives at companies like VMware, Autodesk, and Genentech, I joined Wexford as my first foray into consulting. I was drawn to the opportunity to make an immediate impact with clients and collaborate with mission-driven organizations. My background in product development has helped expand Wexford’s client portfolio in that area, allowing us to support companies in building and scaling innovative solutions.

I am based in Chicago but love to travel internationally and bake. Sometimes, I combine the two by taking cooking classes around the world. Whether it’s mastering croissants in Paris or perfecting pesto in Italy, I find that both baking and product leadership require the same blend of creativity, precision, and continuous improvement.
